If you get bored of your standard 2D Win XP desktop screen, you could always opt for a 360 degree desktop environment.

This little app is pretty damn cool, with a bunch of different backdrops to choose from and total rotation around the 'world'. You can dump files and windows far far far into the distance, or around the side of the mountain and return to your main screen as if they didnt exist.

While it's a fun tool to play with, it's also annoying since you have to 'send' everything to SXP, and once it's there, it becomes a non-functional graphic.
Yes i stole it. Had it been worthy of the money asked, i wouldnt have bought it anyway because features like this are expected on Vista.

the basic story is there are guys who are social outcasts, and rather than try and buy a mail order bride, they buy 'real dolls'.
Real dolls are life size and like (as close to life like as you can get) women (and men as the internet showed me when searching for the picture), that you can buy, dress, make up and of course, have lunch with...SEX FOOL - have sex with.

this is quite normal - blow up dolls have their place in history's books and women have more sex toys and machines than there are people in the US army.
It's cool, what ever floats your goat is cool with me, just as long as no children or animals are harmed in the process. But what freaks me out is these guys are buying 'women' as actual partners.

One guy quite boldly said that there are things you cannot get from a doll, like companionship etc, yet he has 8. And with each doll costing around $6000, that's 48g's worth of bullshit he's talking.

There was a guy who... sorry, a 'hero', who hang glides (super cool btw), has a few dolls who he positions and takes pictures. Not just a pic of his doll, but one reading a book and the other looking at what she was reading and then him, in the middle, also looking.

He takes his doll in the car and lets her 'watch' him glide, and also has different faces, so she can have her eyes closed when she's asleep and open when she is awake -hopefully he has one of horror and panic for when she's trying to 'escape'.

I just dont get it. I mean i do, if you cant get a woman, and you want sex with something other than your hand, or foot if you're that gifted, then these are perfect. They showed the creation process, different mouths, tongues, pubic hair and so on, and a lot of work goes into these dolls to make them as real as real dolls can be. But why not just get a prostitute? Cheaper and there's physical interaction.

There was another guy, who had 3 guns, tech nine, Uzi and a replica Ak-47, and a sword...and 2 dolls. Then he says, 'i know the reason why i cant get an organic woman is because of how i look...' - the fact you're a weapon wielding psycho is more the reason why you cant get a woman foolio.

These guys are going to kick themselves when the Japanese have finished with their sub humanoids and they're not so metallic inside. The Repliee Q1 android that they exhibited a few years back was unreal. From idle actions to interaction and of course the human like appearance, they're as human as us if not a bit more so than some.

It'll end up being like what's depicted in Ghost in the Shell: the stand alone complex - where people buy these dolls for all sorts of reasons. Elderly have someone to help them, kids have someone to tutor them, and some men have someone to sex them (so childish of me).

Not me though - even though women can be a royal pain in the a-hole, they are what make us closer to completion as was intended by the laws of the universe.
